Compassionate Wellbeing was established in 2011 with the aim to provide events which would explore and contribute to our understanding and practice of compassion based approaches to health and wellbeing. In 2015, we organised our first conference, which explored the relationship between spirituality and wellbeing. In 2018 we will be expanding our conferencing, by introducing four distinct series which will bring together a wide range of academics, practitioners and experts from different disciplines and approaches to discuss and explore subject matter relating to wellbeing.

Mind will bring together historical, cultural and psychological approaches on compassion related topics Compassion and Mindfulness will provide a programme combining academic presentations and experiential workshops on the compassion and mindfulness practice Psychotherapy in the 21st Century will focus on different approaches to contemporary psychotherapeutic practice
